Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate care professionals to support a client at home in Harlow. You will assist with PEG feeding, admin of medications, and personal care while encouraging social activities and occasional trips to London.

Training is provided, and the role offers excellent opportunities for career development within a people-first organisation. Ideal candidates bring prior care experience, empathy, and energy to build strong trusted relationships with the client

Qualifications

• Care experience in person-centred support.
• Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration.
• Provide personal care and support daily activities.
• Support client to enjoy social activities and shopping trips.
• Occasional travel to London for appointments or outings.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with client and family.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
