Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group in Luton is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an individual at home, helping them live as independently as possible. You will provide a high level of personal care and tailored support.

Key duties include bowel and bladder management, physiotherapy support, driving the client to appointments, meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and regular equipment safety checks. Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with PEG feeding and moving and handling would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Shifts: Day Shifts 8 am - 9 pm | Every Friday, and every other Saturday

Driver required: Yes -Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

What you’ll do
