Advantage Healthcare in Aylesbury is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with his wife in a home setting. You will provide high‑level personal care, assist with daily activities and respect the family’s privacy.

The role requires a compassionate, resilient individual with a full UK driving licence and willingness to learn new skills as part of a small team.

Shifts: Day Shifts 9 am - 10 pm | Monday-Sunday

Driver required: Yes -Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is a rewarding and person-centred role supporting a gentleman who lives with his wife and values their privacy and quality time together. He enjoys the companionship of his dog and is passionate about football, both watching and talking about the sport.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs, including:

• Personal care and manual handling
• Bowel management using Peristeen
• Meal preparation and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Offering companionship while respecting his need for space and privacy

This role is ideal for someone compassionate, respectful, and confident in delivering complex care in a home environment.
