Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is recruiting for a care professional to support a client in her family home in the London area. You will provide PEG feeding, assist with medications and personal care, and help the client enjoy social activities with family and in the community.

We are looking for someone with care experience and a compassionate, dependable approach. Full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided to develop skills across a range of areas.

Qualifications

• Care experience required to support a client at home.
• Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEG feeding, medication administration and personal care.
• Support client to enjoy social activities and shopping trips.
• Occasional work travel to London as needed.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
