Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting near Aylesbury. Day and waking night shifts are available, with hours from 7 am to 7:30 pm and 7 pm to 7:30 am, including weekends.

No complex care experience is required as nurse-led training is provided; we value care, compassion and resilience, along with good communication.

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.

The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
