This full-time role involves providing administrative support within the Responsive Maintenance division, ensuring effective data management and communication. Ideal candidates will be organized, confident communicators with experience in administration, preferably within the construction or maintenance sectors.

We have a great opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, providing administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), and extremely organized. Experience in the construction and/or maintenance industry is preferred but not essential.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
