Wates Smartspace is seeking a Complaints Administrator to support our Responsive Maintenance division. The role involves administrative tasks such as managing Excel trackers, coordinating meetings, and handling queries, contributing to our mission of creating thriving places for people.
The Vacancy
We have a great opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, providing administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.
Key Accountabilities Will Include
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, etc.), and extremely organized. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the construction and/or maintenance industry, but this is not essential.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at the offer stage.
