Job description

The Vacancy

We have a great opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, providing administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  1. Amending and improving various Excel trackers to ensure data can be effectively used for reporting.
  2. Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases, and managing efficient filing systems.
  3. Closing down jobs on the system to ensure reports reflect current work levels.
  4. Coordinating meetings when required and greeting guests and visitors.
  5. Assisting with the ordering of Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
  6. Handling a range of administrative queries that come through to the team.
  7. Performing general administrative duties including filing, emailing, and photocopying.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, etc.), and extremely organized. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the construction and/or maintenance industry, but this is not essential.

Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at the offer stage.
