Saputo is seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract at the Weybridge office, with hybrid working up to one day remote. The role covers salary reviews, bonus processes, benfits administration, and data governance.

You will partner with HR and business leaders and contribute to gender pay reporting and market benchmarking. Candidates should have relevant HR experience, strong Excel skills, numerical precision, and the ability to manage multiple

Formación

• Relevant experience in compensation, benefits, reward, HR analytics or closely related HR role.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn more advanced tools.
• Strong numerical capability and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and workload where required.
• Integrity and discretion, dealing with confidential personal and business information.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual salary review, promotion and bonus processes with accurate, timely delivery.
• Prepare reward reporting and analysis, including Gender Pay Gap reporting and market insights.
• Provide compensation and benefits advice to employees, HR and business stakeholders.
• Manage allocated employee benefits and supplier relationships, including administration and renewals.
• Support the company car and fleet programme, including cash allowances and compliance.
• Maintain data quality and governance while supporting projects and continuous improvement.
