Saputo is seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Weybridge office with hybrid options (minimum 4 days in the office). You will support annual salary reviews, promotions and bonus processes, deliver accurate reward reporting and partner with HR and business stakeholders across the UK.

Strong Excel skills, numerical accuracy and discretion are essential.

• Support annual salary review, promotion and bonus processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Prepare reward reporting and analysis, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, pay benchmarking and market insights.
• Provide compensation and benefits advice to employees, HR and business stakeholders.
• Manage allocated employee benefits and supplier relationships, including administration, renewals and communications.
• Support the company car and fleet programme, including company cars, cash allowances, grey fleet and compliance.
• Maintain data quality and governance, while supporting projects and continuous improvement across Compensation & Benefits.

SDUK's brands include the Nation's favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), dairy ingredients and dairy free products.

We are seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Advisor to support the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You can expect to provide a high-quality compensation and benefit service across the business, therefore relevant experience is required.

This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.

Work pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
