Saputo is seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Advisor to support a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. The role will deliver high-quality compensation and benefits services across the UK business from our Weybridge office, with hybrid working (minimum 4 days onsite, up to one day work from home based on business need).

You will support annual salary review, bonus processes and reward reporting, while providing expert advice on compensation and benefits to employees

Formación

• Relevant experience in a compensation, benefits, reward, HR analytics or a closely related HR role.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn more advanced tools.
• Strong numerical capability and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and workload where required.
• Integrity and discretion, dealing with confidential personal and business information.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting annual salary review, promotion and bonus processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Preparing reward reporting and analysis, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, pay benchmarking and market insights.
• Providing compensation and benefits advice to employees, HR and business stakeholders.
• Managing allocated employee benefits and supplier relationships, including administration, renewals and communications.
• Supporting the company car and fleet programme, including company cars, cash allowances, grey fleet and compliance.
• Maintain data quality and governance, while supporting projects and continuous improvement across Compensation & Benefits.

We are seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Advisor to support the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You can expect to provide a high-quality compensation and benefit service across the business, therefore relevant experience is required.

This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.

Work pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
