MCM in London seeks an Associate Workplace Consultant to provide maternity leave cover for 12 months from January 2026. The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, leading from inception to completion, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and alignment with company standards.

You will lead projects, manage client relationships, monitor scope and resources, and mentor the team. Strong expertise in workplace strategy and collaboration with Design/FF&E is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workplace Strategy spanning visioning, analysis and delivery.
• Experience with Design, FF&E and Architecture colleagues and familiar with end-to-end RIBA stages.
• Strong background in Change Management; PROSCI or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Deep expertise in Activity Based Working, space budgeting and planning, and test fits.
• Track record of delivering workplace transformation to drive productivity, employee engagement and client loyalty.
• Solid understanding of workplace technologies, data and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from inception to completion with accountability to the Project/Design Director for delivery and profitability.
• Manage client and team relationships to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery.
• Monitor scope, resources, budget and progress; address change requests and report to Project Director.
• Mentor and support the project team; set up weekly project meetings and review progress.
• Assist with marketing and business development activities to grow client relationships.
