My client is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager (with a focus on benefits) to join a rapidly scaling, global insurance firm. This is a standalone role reporting to the international Head of HR (Vicky) and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the UK, US, and international markets.
You will lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits function, primarily focusing on Compensation (80%) and vendor management for Benefits (20%). Deep knowledge of Workday Compensation is essential.
