Job Description

As Compensation & Benefits Expert, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Zooplus' global compensation strategy. Your role involves ensuring our pay structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business needs. You will develop and implement transparent, data-driven reward systems to enhance employee engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Strategy: Develop and update pay philosophies and ranges through benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
  2. Annual Reward Cycle: Oversee performance-related pay processes, including merit matrices and pay adjustments.
  3. Bonus & Incentives: Manage bonus schemes, enhance car-related benefits, and facilitate LTIP awards.
  4. Pay Transparency & Compliance: Lead initiatives to improve pay fairness and ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Process & System Optimization: Collaborate with Workday and other teams to improve reward processes and user experience.
  6. Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Equip teams and managers with tools and knowledge for pay decisions.
  7. Job Architecture: Maintain and refine career and pay alignment frameworks.
  8. Mobility & Recognition: Contribute to international pay strategies and recognition initiatives.
  9. Data & Insights: Conduct pay analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits at an Expert/Specialist level.
  • Experience in designing rewards strategies, including incentives.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems, monetary and non-monetary rewards.
  • Familiarity with European (especially German) compensation practices.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage change and simplify complex processes.
