  2. Annual Reward Cycle: Oversee pay-related processes in performance management, including merit matrix implementation and out-of-cycle pay adjustments.
  3. Bonus & Incentives: Manage bonus programs, enhance car-related benefits, and facilitate LTIP award allocations.
  4. Pay Transparency & Compliance: Lead initiatives to improve pay fairness and transparency while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  5. Process & System Optimization: Collaborate with Workday and People Process teams to improve reward processes and user experience.
  6. Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Equip P&C teams and line managers with tools and knowledge for informed pay decisions.
  7. Job Architecture: Maintain and refine the job architecture framework, ensuring alignment with career progression and pay structures.
  8. Mobility & Recognition: Partner on international pay recommendations and contribute to recognition strategies.
  9. Data & Insights: Conduct pay analyses to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with experience at Expert/Specialist level.
  • Ability to design and evolve rewards strategies, including incentives.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems, including monetary and non-monetary rewards.
  • Familiarity with European (especially German) compensation practices.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage change and simplify complex processes.
