Location
Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office, flexible as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve global payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Enhance and promote adoption of our HRIS platform (BambooHR).
- Ensure HR compliance across all regions, collaborating with stakeholders and external advisors.
- Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Support and lead compensation governance, including annual reviews and benchmarking.
- Contribute to designing job architecture, including leveling and career pathways.
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits best practices.
About You
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, with global exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance fundamentals.
- Self-motivated with a humble, genuine approach and drive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing across the organization.
