City Vets, part of Linnaeus, is seeking a friendly receptionist for a permanent part-time role based at our Exeter locations. The position requires 27-32 hours per week, including Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You will greet clients and their pets, manage diaries, and handle day-to-day admin across four sites.

Responsabilités

• Greeting clients, and their pets, with a friendly and helpful manner
• Diary management
• Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations
• Day to day administrative duties.
• Communicating with clients, colleagues, and the wider business face-to-face, through email and telephone
• Maintaining the organisation and hygiene standards of the reception areas
• Processing payments in various forms
• Processing repeat medication requests.
