Job summary

Thames Reach is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to join the Robertson Street team in London. In a fast-paced hostel, you will support people to assess needs, create move-on plans and connect them with health, housing and addiction services.

This role offers a salary of £32,596 per annum and a strong commitment to development, wellbeing, and diversity. You will work as part of a 24/7 staff team to help clients move toward independent and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Contribute to day-to-day service delivery in a fast-paced hostel.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Needs Assessments with clients.
• Make referrals and liaise with external agencies for client support.
• Build relationships with clients to help move towards independent living.
• Ensure the environment is safe, healthy and reflects Thames Reach ethos.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to effective day-to-day service delivery of a fast-paced hostel.
