Job summary

Thames Reach is hiring an Assistant Support Worker for Lambeth High Street. The post offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £32,596 per year and a closing date of 27 September 2026. The role involves delivering frontline services, risk and needs assessments, and coordinating move‑on plans with clients and partner agencies.

As part of a 24‑hour staff team in hostels, you will help clients access health, housing and life skills support, while upholding safety and our client‑centred ethos.
