Job summary

Lifeways Group in Shepton Mallet is seeking a Care Support Worker to provide person-centred care for eight individuals with learning disabilities. The role includes supporting ASD-related routines, promoting independence and dignity, and enabling participation in theatre, cinema and outings.

Shifts include day work with 20-30 hours weekly, sleep-ins, and both sessional/part-time or full-time arrangements to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for individuals with learning disabilities
• Ability to support ASD-related routines and independence
• Demonstrates compassionate, person-centred care

Responsibilities
