Job summary

Eden Futures in the United Kingdom is recruiting full-time Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health in supported living settings and the community. You will help people live as independently as possible, with access to training and tailored development plans.

Roles are paid at £12.71 per hour, equating to an annual salary of around £27,758.64 for a 42-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans
• Support individuals to stay safe and report safeguarding concerns
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, domestic tasks and personal care
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers
• Accurately report and record issues related to care and wellbeing
• Comply with health and safety regulations and promote welfare
