Active Care Group is seeking kind, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a care team supporting a gentleman in his 30s living in East Preston (BN16, West Sussex). The client has a brain injury and requires daily care while enjoying an active lifestyle. You will build a meaningful relationship and share in his interests, from rugby to cinema visits.

Shifts available: Day Shifts 8:00am - 8:00pm. The role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular weekly shifts and

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and reliable by nature.
• Able to work as part of a consistent care team.
• Willing to learn and follow training.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living.
• Assist with regular physiotherapy.
• Support with hydrotherapy in an on-site pool.
• Overnight clinical tasks with full training provided.
