Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a gentleman with a spinal cord injury in Bidborough. A driver is required to access the client’s home, and shifts run on a bank/zero-hours basis across 7 consecutive days per month with detailed daily time slots.

You will provide personal care, moving and handling support, and help maintain independence in a welcoming, family-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable care assistant.
• Driver licence required to access client location.
• Experience with personal care and moving/handling desirable.
• Able to follow a structured care schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and moving/handling support to the client.
• Help maintain independence and comfort in daily activities.
• Follow the 7-day rotating schedule and adapt as needed.
