Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a young man in his 30s with a brain injury, living in East Preston (BN16, West Sussex). You’ll provide full personal care, help with daily activities, and participate in physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions in his home.

The role offers day shifts from 8:00am to 8:00pm (2/3 shifts per week) under a flexible zero-hours contract, with ongoing training and career development supported by clinical and management staff.

Qualifications

• Full personal care and daily living support
• Assist with regular physiotherapy
• Help with hydrotherapy in the on-site pool
• Overnight clinical tasks require training (no prior experience needed)
