Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to care for a gentleman in East Preston (BN16, West Sussex). You will provide person-centred daily living support, assist with physiotherapy, and help with hydrotherapy in his home pool.

The role offers a flexible zero-hours contract with regular shifts and ongoing training. You’ll join a supportive team and gain access to development opportunities, with holiday pay and a Nest Pension, while contributing to the client’s active,

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and reliable; able to provide person-centred daily living support.
• Experience in care settings and working with a team to support one individual.
• Willing to work day shifts and flexible zero-hours contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to the client in daily living activities.
• Assist with routine physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions in the on-site pool.
• Support with overnight clinical tasks; full training will be provided.
• Work as part of a consistent care team to understand the client's needs and preferences.
