You will support daily activities at home and in the community, with shifts including afternoons, evenings, and occasional sleep-ins; full time, part time and sessional options available. We value respect, dignity and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly across day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Commitment to dignity and respect in care.

Responsibilities

• As a support worker you will assist with daily living tasks and encourage independence.
• You will support people in their own home and in the community to engage in activities.
• Promote health, wellbeing and safety, using a person-centred approach.
