Job summary

Dimensions Group in Taunton is seeking compassionate Support Workers to empower individuals with diverse needs to lead fulfilling lives. You will assist with personal care, support daily living tasks and encourage participation in hobbies, building independence while ensuring safety.

We welcome applicants who are patient, good communicators, and able to work in a team or alone. This is a female-only role with full-time/part-time options; training provided and enhanced DBS paid by employer.

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to providing full support to individuals with diverse needs.
