Thera East Anglia is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. The role covers day-to-day support, skill-building, and participation in activities within the community. You will work within a values-driven team that promotes person-centred care and equality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Willing to work a 24/7 rota including early/late shifts, weekends, bank holidays & sleep-in shifts.
• Confident with IT and have access to a device for digital timesheets and e-learning.
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to individual communication preferences.
• Desire to make a positive difference in peoples lives.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily living and personal care.
• Help individuals develop new skills and manage their own home.
• Provide personal and emotional support and encourage independence.
• Assist with leisure activities, employment, and travel as needed.
• Work in clients' own homes or in the community as required.
