Job summary

Southdown is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity at Bradbury Court, a supported living service near Storrington. You will promote community connection through activities and support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and personal care, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Health Care Assistant or Support Worker is welcome but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage clients to connect with their community through activities.
• Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and personal care.
• Help build clients’ confidence and independence through empowering care.
• You will be based at Bradbury Court service and may work at other locations as needed.
