Job summary

Southdown Housing Association is seeking a Bank Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities at Clarendon Villas, Brighton & Hove. You will support clients with daily tasks, encourage community access and help them live full, happy lives in a caring, not-for-profit setting.

The role offers zero-hours flexibility, training, and DBS check paid by the employer; prior experience is welcome but not required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• A patient, empathetic mindset.
• Willing to complete relevant training in health and social care, moving and handling, safeguarding and safety.
• Happy to support intimate and personal care needs.
• Live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
• Enhanced DBS check will be paid for by Southdown.
