Radis Community Care in Leyland is seeking dedicated and resilient individuals to join our Extra Care Scheme in the United Kingdom. You will support elderly residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity while assisting with mobility and daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain their individuality and vital independence.
• Assist with mobility and moving to dining areas, communal spaces and bedrooms/bathrooms upon request.
• Provide personal care such as washing, hygiene and dressing, upholding privacy and dignity at all times.
• Promote participation in physical and mental activities through recreational and social events, offering a comforting, supportive presence.
