Job summary

Voyage-Care in Worksop is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain independence and support them with daily activities. You will work within a dynamic team to assist with personal care, encourage community involvement, and promote wellbeing across the service.

The role operates on 35 hours per week with shifts 7:30am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–9:30pm, Monday to Sunday. A genuine passion for care and consistency are essential.

Qualifications

• We're seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for helping people gain independence.
• Experience and values aligned with Positive Behaviour Support principles.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Encourage community participation and accompany outings.
• Support individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs as required.
