Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Worksop to help people gain independence and improve daily living skills within a warm residential setting.

The role offers flexible shifts (7:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–9:30pm) with 35h and 28h contracts, plus enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime, and additional benefits such as a Blue Light Card and a doctor line. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Caring and compassionate approach.
• Experience with behaviour support plans.
• Ability to handle distress, mental health conditions, autism, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encourage independence and life skills.
• Support community access and social activities.
• Work within a dynamic residential team.
• Follow care plans and report changes to team.
