Voyage-Care is seeking a caring Support Worker for our Woodhouse, Mansfield service. You will help individuals gain independence in daily activities, support personal care, and assist them to access their local community and participate in activities with a friendly team.

Shifts include early and late coverage with enhanced pay options and various benefits. We welcome applicants who are passionate about making a difference and growing within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required and held.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans is expected.
• Ability to reflect on practice and learn from experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and life skills development.
• Encourage individuals to access local communities and social activities.
• Support group activities and be part of a dynamic team.
• Engage in outings to local bars, pubs, cinema, or activities as part of daily routine.
