Voyage-Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers for Weston Newark to help people gain more independence in daily life within a friendly residential home environment. You will support with personal care, community access and daily activities, working within a dynamic team to enhance quality of life.

The role requires a full UK driving license, resilience and flexibility, and experience with enhanced support needs and Positive Behaviour Support plans. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience supporting individuals with enhanced support needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities to promote independence.
• Support people to engage with local communities and social activities.
• Teach new life skills and encourage participation in outings and leisure activities.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a safe, respectful environment.
