Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily living and access local communities.
• Assist with personal care and participate in activities and outings with residents.
• Support in teaching life skills and encouraging safe, social engagement.
