Job summary

Orbis Education and Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Blaen Y Waun, Carmarthenshire. You will support adults with emotional, social and physical needs in a safe, caring environment, promoting independence and personal development.

The role requires a valid driving licence, flexibility for shifts (including sleep-ins and weekends), and strong communication skills. Training is provided to those new to care, with DBS checks and safeguarding in place.
