Job summary

Dimensions Cymru Limited is seeking a female Support Worker in Crawley to join a small, caring team supporting three ladies aged 40s to 70s. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts including early/late and alternate weekends, and requires a full UK/EU driving licence for an automatic vehicle.

You will provide personal care, mobility support and accompany the ladies to medical appointments, activities and community outings, helping them maintain independence and everyday routines.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence essential (automatic vehicle).
• Comfortable with physical support and manual handling.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week and across shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide intimate personal care.
• Assist with moving, transfers and wheelchair use.
• Attend medical appointments with the ladies.
• Support with mobility and community activities.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social events.
