Keane Premier Group is recruiting for compassionate individuals to support service users in the community to promote independence. The role involves assisting with personal care, meals, medications, finances, and healthcare access, with a focus on wellbeing and inclusion.

No prior care experience is required; PVG and references are stated prerequisites for the role, and comprehensive induction and paid shadowing are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends, and wider community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Report a service user’s progress on the correct platforms.
