Job summary

Keane Premier Support Services is seeking compassionate care workers to support community-based service users in promoting independence and wellbeing. A full UK driving license is required, and no previous care experience is necessary.

The role involves assisting with personal care, medications, nutrition, and daily living tasks, while maintaining safety, dignity, and respectful communication. PVG checks and references apply, with training and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; passion for enhancing the experiences of service users.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends and wider community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.
• Full UK Driving License.
