Job summary

Keane Premier Support Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support service users in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will be part of the KPSS team delivering personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support in a compassionate setting.

No prior experience is required; a real passion for helping others is essential. The role includes full training, shadowing, and clear opportunities for progression within a supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• You do not need to have any experience; we are just looking for individuals who have a real passion for enhancing the experiences of our service users, helping them to live an independent life.
• Desirable Requirements: Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.
