Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join the KPSS team to support service users in the community, helping promote their independence. The role includes personal care, assisting with medications, nutrition support, and aiding with day-to-day tasks, with emphasis on equality, diversity, and safeguarding.

Training and paid shadowing are provided. Full UK Driving License is desirable, and a PVG check plus references may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; passion for helping service users live independent lives.
• Full UK Driving License is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in personal care.
• Assist with medication where required.
• Assist with nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Help with finances as per policy.
• Ensure access to healthcare when needed.
• Listen and communicate to promote wellbeing.
• Encourage relationships with family and community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity.
