Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking compassionate, hard-working individuals to support service users in the community to promote their independence. No experience is required, as full induction, paid shadowing, and training are provided. The role emphasises equality, diversity, and a person-centered approach to care.

You will join the KPSS team and contribute to the wellbeing and daily living of service users, with a range of benefits and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, just a passion for improving service users' lives.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Assist service users with medication where required.
• Help service users meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure access to healthcare when required.
• Listen and talk to service users to promote wellbeing.
• Encourage relationships with family and community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity and act with cultural sensitivity.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Record service users' progress on the correct platforms.
