Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking compassionate individuals to support service users in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing. The role involves personal care, nutrition support, and assisting with daily tasks, with full training and shadowing provided.

We welcome applicants with a real passion for helping others. A Full UK Driving License is desirable; PVG check and references may apply. Company cars are provided, and there are clear career progression routes.

Qualifications

• No experience required; passion for enhancing service users' experiences.
• Ability to listen and communicate with service users using various methods.
• Commitment to promoting independence and wellbeing for service users.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Assist with medication where required.
• Help meet nutritional needs and carry out light house duties.
• Assist with finances per company policy.
• Ensure access to healthcare when required.
• Use communication methods to listen and talk with service users to promote wellbeing.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends and community.
• Be mindful of equality, diversity and cultural sensitivity.
• Report safeguarding issues and progress on platforms.
