Job summary

Langley Trust is recruiting a Residential Day Support Worker in West Yorkshire. This is a 6-month fixed-term, full-time role (37.5 hours per week). Shifts are 3 x 12.5 hours with weekend work on occasion.

You will support clients on their journey to reintegration, deliver programmes, manage risk, maintain records, and safeguard wellbeing. A DBS check and rights to work in the UK are required. We offer a supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required training for the service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and unsocial hours as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and induct new clients to assist positive outcomes.
• Deliver programmes and sessions to promote reintegration and personal development.
• Manage risk by contributing to risk plans and attending meetings.
• Maintain daily operations including client entry/exit and record-keeping.
• Promote positive behaviour and compliance with rules and licence conditions.
• Safeguard wellbeing through referrals and adherence to procedures.
