You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment. A satisfactory DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS with adult barred list check required.
• Right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintain accurate client records using the Trust Client File.
• Contribute to a safe, well-run service by following procedures, supporting participation and meetings, and handling complaints.
• Provide personal care as identified in care plans and keep health-related records up to date.
• Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
