Job summary

Langley Trust in Bury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our compassionate team. You will provide keywork support, maintain client records, and assist with personal care as outlined in care plans. This permanent role offers a 37.5-hour week on 3x12.5 shifts, with some weekend work, and a salary of £25,592 per annum.

You’ll contribute to a safe, respectful environment, participate in team meetings, and support residents to live independently with dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Provide keywork support and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow medication procedures and support participation and meetings.
• Provide personal care as per care plans and keep records updated.
• Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour with de-escalation tactics.

Responsibilities
