Job summary

Skycare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts in London. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centred care with 12-hour nights (8pm-8am). Competitive hourly pay and long shifts support a stable schedule for dedicated nurses.

Applicants should have an active UK PIN and experience with elderly care. The team operates 24/7, providing high-quality medical and supportive services across the facility.

Qualifications

Must be a registered nurse with a current PIN (NMC).
UK active PIN and UK experience required, or Newly qualified nurses considered.
Experience in elderly care preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.

Responsibilities

Assess and deliver nursing care with patient and family involvement.
Observe and engage with patients to assess needs and progress.
Monitor and review nursing care plans and respond to changes.
Lead within the shift co-ordination framework and supervise staff as needed.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient rights.
