Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living schemes in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. You will help individuals with PMLD and learning disabilities to maintain independence, dignity and daily living skills with compassionate, person-centred care.

The role may involve manual handling, personal care, medication administration and community engagement. Full and part-time hours are available, with comprehensive training and progression

Qualifications

• Ideally a health and social care qualification or experience in supported living with PMLD.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with PMLD and Mild Learning Disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, day-to-day tasks and community engagement.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect through person-centred care.
