Job summary

Radis Community Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a supported living service for adults with PMLD and learning disabilities. You will manage support plans, supervise staff, and ensure daily living skills are promoted with a person-centred approach.

The role includes supervising medication administration, assisting with personal care and daily tasks, driving to client homes when needed, and contributing to audits and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and working towards Level 3.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of supported living services; conduct audits, checks, supervisions and spot checks; update and review support plans.
• Schedule and allocate work to Support Workers; assist with medication and personal care tasks; cover shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on-call system.
