Job summary

Living Well Social Care Services Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham. You will accompany service users to day centers and support community participation to promote independence.

Key duties include assisting with morning and evening routines, personal care, meals, and daily tasks, plus documenting care records accurately and safely within agreed plans.

Qualifications
